Band Boosters Club Member Data Compilation

We, parents, are all part of the Band Booster, together. In order to communicate and share updates with you during the year, we ask for your contact information. It will not be shared outside of the Band organization.

Also, we both need and appreciate your volunteering – at games, during contests, on trips, with fundraisers, etc! Alongside your students, you are the heart of what makes the Band and Guard great!

Why donate to Stratford’s Band Booster Club?

Our Booster Club consists of all parents and guardians of the band.

Band Info:

  • Stratford Band and Guard consists of 150 members.

  • District Funds are limited and do not cover all expenses.

  • The Band Booster Club raises funds to cover: Marching Show, Color Guard Needs, Region/Ensemble Accompanists, Band meals for contest and away games, and more.

Band Boosters Funds Drive

Thank you for considering a donation to the Stratford High School Band Boosters Funds Drive. The Band Boosters organization supports band related activities at Stratford such as:  marching band, winter guard, concert band, symphonic band, jazz band, ensembles and scholarships.

The Band Boosters organization is a 501(c)3 non-profit and volunteer organization.  You can be assured one hundred percent of your donation will be used to the direct benefit of the students in the band program at Stratford High School.

We appreciate all donations! Additional band funding comes from Homecoming Mum sales and multiple other fundraisers throughout the year, so donating your time is also valuable also.

Monies donated directly to SHS Band Boosters may also result in Donor recognition in various ways, from recognition on concert programs, a street banner, or the football athletic program, to being announced at football games or having logos on our band water coolers! Please contact any Booster Club Officer for more information!
